While Coronovirus is a fact, how we choose to deal with that fact is entirely up to us. Our attitude and actions are controlled by the 6 inches between our ears. The solution to this is within those 6 inches. Take a deep breath, share a smile, limit your time on Facebook and watching the news.

This is a time for us to pull together and make some sacrifice for our community. We must keep our first responders and healthcare workers safe. We can and will do this. Let’s work together, stop hoarding – there are plenty of supplies unless we all go panic buying, stay at home if you can.
Personally I have started reading a book on Winston Churchill, thanking every person working a frontline position helping us get our food, medicine and supplies, sharing a smiling with everyone and taking extraordinary measures to protect my community though my own actions.
